The Visionary of I.B.A.N.
I created this organization because like healthcare, I saw a need that was being neglected. Healthcare professionals, particularly nurses and APRNs were lacking the knowledge of healthcare business.
After spending years of research and building my own practice, I had so many fellow colleagues reaching out to me for more guidance and understanding of how to start a business.
I.B.A.N. started out with workshops and webinars to provide the help to those who desperately wanted it. It quickly evolved into private consulting, group consulting and practice management.
As a native of Queens, NY and now a resident of sunny Florida; from ADN to BSN to MSN to DNP, I understand change, especially the change from employee to entrepreneur and how to master it.
I am honored that hundreds of healthcare professionals around the world have entrusted me in their success.
I can't wait to work with you. This is just the beginning for you and me.

Rechele is the administrative assistant of I.B.A.N., social media manager and the lead course creator. She has a degree in Civil Engineering. She is from Pasig City, Phillipines.

Ms. Scott is the executive assistant to Dr. Jessica Chung and support admin assistant of I.B.A.N. She has a Bachelors of Basic Medical Sciences in Pharmacology. She is from St. Catherine, Jamaica.
